While Americade has a full time, year-round staff, we also rely on a wonderful volunteer staff to "make it happen." Each year, over 200 volunteers join our ranks. There is no getting around it--volunteering is hard work, but staffers come back year after year. They'll tell you it is because they like to be part of such a great rally, that they get to see old friends each year, and that they like to give something back to the rally they love.
